THE DETAILS:
This package includes:
  • A pre-call intake form to help us both prep for your session.
  • (1) 50-minute video call conducted via Zoom or Micro-soft teams.
  • A customized summary report delivered within one business day including key insights, action plan, and resources (if applicable).

Three-month Session $3000.00

  • 8–50-minute zoom or micro-soft team sessions.
  • Personalized one-on-one sessions, so we go deeper into your specific challenge, balance of intuitive coaching with evidence-based techniques.
  • Responsive email or text message communication, so you get support in between sessions (Three a week).
  • Session recaps outlining tangible action items & reflection points, so you can track your growth and prioritize your next steps.
  • Ability to book additional sessions if you want more support during our time together.
  • Support through decision-making.
  • A sounding board where you’re seen and heard.
  • Guidance through decision making processing that are coming up for you.
  • Clarity about which path to take & confidence to take it!
  • Identification of your behavior patterns.
